Shoppers don't buy products in a vacuum. They buy from brands they understand and trust — and on Amazon, most product pages never give them a reason to.
When a shopper lands on your listing, your title, bullets and images answer one question: what is this product? They don't answer the question that increasingly decides the sale: who is behind it, and why should I trust them?
Amazon built the Brand Story carousel for exactly that gap. It sits below the bullets and image gallery, above your A+ Content, and it is the one place on the product detail page where the brand — not the product — is the subject.
A well-designed Brand Story fixes each of these. It humanizes the brand, connects your products under one narrative and quietly routes shoppers toward the rest of your catalog — while your A+ Content stays free to do the product-level selling.
This is not a graphic design task with an Amazon label on it. It is brand strategy, storytelling, copywriting and visual design — planned around how Amazon shoppers actually decide.
Before design, we define your brand positioning: who the shopper is, what they care about, what objections they carry, and which trust gap the carousel must close. Every card gets one job.
Headlines, body copy, mission and Q&A answers written for Amazon's character limits and for humans — your origin, values and differentiators, told in a voice shoppers believe.
Custom layouts for the Background, Focus Image, Logo & Description, Q&A and ASIN Showcase cards — sequenced so the story flows and each swipe earns the next one.
We map which products, collections or categories the carousel should surface, so a shopper on one ASIN naturally finds the rest of your catalog instead of a competitor's ad.
Where the Store is the right destination, we design the carousel to feed it — and flag when your Brand Store needs work before it deserves that traffic.

Already have a Brand Story? We audit the narrative, card order, mobile rendering and link destinations, then redesign what isn't pulling its weight.
Sequence is strategy. A four-card story with a clear job for every card beats a bloated carousel every time. This is the architecture we start from — then adapt to your catalog.

Logo & description or hero background. The first visible frame must communicate identity or a trust cue before the shopper decides whether to swipe.

Origin, mission and differentiators — told as proof, not filler. Every detail must explain a product standard or a reason to trust the catalog.

ASIN showcase cards route shoppers to related lines, complementary products and categories — the carousel's cross-selling engine.

Brand-level questions answered where they arise, or a clear path to the Brand Store when it is structured well enough to receive the traffic.

Conceptual comparison. We never promise specific conversion lifts — we build the conditions for them and help you measure honestly.

Sellers mix these up constantly — and end up paying for the same message twice. They are different tools with different jobs, and your page needs both working together.
If you need product-level education and comparison design, that is our Amazon A+ Content Design service. This page is about the brand layer — and the two are strongest when built as one system.
| Element | Brand Story | A+ Content |
|---|---|---|
| Main purpose | Brand communication | Product communication |
| Brand identity | Strong focus — logo, mission, origin, values | Supporting role |
| Product education | Supporting role | Strong focus — features, benefits, use cases |
| Brand narrative | Strong focus | Limited / supporting |
| Product comparison | Limited | Stronger — comparison charts live here |
| Cross-selling | Strong opportunity — ASIN showcase cards | Can support product discovery |
| Brand Store relationship | Direct link path to your Store | Supporting |
| Where it appears | "From the brand" section, above A+ | Product description area |
A Brand Story is a storytelling experience attached to your product detail pages. A Brand Store is a broader shopping destination where customers browse your full catalog.
The carousel's job is to earn trust and start the journey. The Store's job is to host it. When both are designed together, the carousel becomes your Store's best traffic source — shoppers move from one ASIN into your whole world, instead of back to search results.
If your Store needs attention first, see our Amazon Storefront Design service.

Every creative decision maps to one stage of the shopper's journey through the carousel.
The opening frame communicates identity or a trust cue within seconds — before the shopper decides whether to swipe.
Clear narrative structure: who the brand is, why it exists, what it stands for. No generic corporate filler.
Origin details that explain a product standard. Values with substance. Q&A that answers real objections.
ASIN showcase cards surface the right next product — the complement, the upgrade, the rest of the line.
Consistent visual identity across every card signals a brand that cares about quality — because it does.
The carousel doesn't hard-sell. It removes doubt and opens paths, so the buy feels like the natural next step.
We design the conditions for conversion. We never guarantee sales figures — and you should be wary of anyone who does.
We audit your brand identity, product catalog, listings, existing Brand Story, Brand Store and customer reviews — plus how competitors present themselves.
Who your shopper is, what motivates them, what objections they carry, and the one trust gap the carousel must close.
We lock the narrative, module sequence, messaging and visual direction before design starts — so every card has one job.
Brand Story copy, carousel card concepts and final visual design — built to Amazon's current image specs and character limits.
Brand consistency, readability, mobile rendering, visual hierarchy and messaging clarity — checked on a real phone screen, not just desktop.
Amazon-ready assets with implementation guidance: field-by-field placement, ASIN assignment and live-page QA once published.
Honesty saves us both time. If the timing isn't right, we'll tell you on the strategy call.
We design for the most competitive Amazon marketplace on earth: shopper expectations, category norms and the claims US buyers respond to. Messaging is written in natural American English — not translated, not templated.

British shoppers read tone differently. We adapt spelling, phrasing and brand voice for the UK marketplace, and account for the categories where UK competition behaves differently from the US.
Selling in both markets? We build one core narrative with marketplace-specific copy adaptation, so your brand sounds like itself everywhere it sells.

Seller Central, A+ Content Manager, Brand Registry, ASIN assignment, submission review — we handle the operational side, not just the pretty files.
A generic graphic designer can make something attractive. We make something attractive that also closes a trust gap and routes shoppers through your catalog.
Brand Story, A+ Content and Brand Store designed as a single visual and narrative system — not three vendors producing three different brands.
Most Amazon browsing happens on phones. We design for the small screen first, then scale up — never the reverse.
We design within Amazon's A+ content guidelines from day one, so your submission isn't rejected for claims, formatting or rights issues.
You know exactly what you receive before we start: strategy, copy, card designs, discovery mapping and implementation guidance.

Amazon Brand Story is the brand-focused carousel that appears in the "From the brand" section of eligible product detail pages — below the bullets and image gallery, above your A+ Content. Created in A+ Content Manager, it combines brand imagery, text, product links and a Brand Store path. It complements product-focused A+ Content rather than replacing it.
It is the strategic and visual craft of building that carousel: defining the brand narrative, writing copy for each card, designing the module layouts, sequencing the story and mapping which products and Store pages the carousel should route shoppers to. Good design makes the brand easier to trust and the catalog easier to explore.
Brand Story is available to eligible brand-owned catalogs. Amazon's public guidance requires a Professional selling account and an appropriate Brand Representative or Reseller role for a Brand Registry brand. Access is managed through A+ Content Manager, and should be confirmed in your Seller Central account for your marketplace.
Amazon's current help describes one Brand Story module with up to 19 pre-formatted cards across four card layouts, and A+ content rules apply: RGB images under 2 MB, no animated GIFs, no watermarks, no QR codes, no promotional pricing or guarantee language. Because Amazon updates field specs without notice, we verify every dimension and character limit in the live builder on the day of production.
Brand Story answers "why should I trust this brand, and where else can I go in its catalog?" A+ Content answers "what is this product and why should I buy it?" Brand Story leads with identity, mission and product discovery. A+ Content leads with features, benefits and comparison. Strong listings use both, with no duplicated messaging.
A Brand Story is a storytelling experience attached to your product detail pages. A Brand Store is a separate, browsable shopping destination for your full catalog. The carousel's job is to earn trust and start the journey; the Store's job is to host it. Designed together, they turn single-ASIN traffic into catalog-wide browsing.
Pricing depends on catalog size, the number of card modules, copywriting depth and whether we're optimizing an existing story or building from zero. The Brand Story module itself is free to publish on Amazon — you're investing in the strategy, copy and design. Contact us for a scoped quote after the strategy call.
Yes. We audit the current narrative, card sequence, visual consistency, mobile rendering and link destinations, then redesign what isn't working. Amazon reviews the updated version on submission (typically one to seven business days) while your existing approved version stays live until the new one is approved.
That is the core of the service. We design across the available card layouts — background with text, focus image, logo and description, Q&A and ASIN showcase — sequenced so each card carries one proof point or one catalog path, and the first visible frame earns the swipe on mobile.
ASIN showcase cards place related products directly on your detail pages, so a shopper who landed on one SKU can find the complement, the upgrade or the rest of the line without returning to search results — where a competitor's ad would be waiting. Combined with a Brand Store link, it turns single-product visits into catalog browsing.
Book a Brand Story strategy call. We review your current presentation, define the trust gap, map your catalog paths and scope the work. You receive a clear deliverables list and quote before committing. Most projects move from kickoff to Amazon-ready assets within a few weeks depending on scope.
